Jerica joined the LeConte team in July 2024, bringing over eight years of customer service experience, primarily in the hospitality industry. Her time as a Concierge at the Blackberry Corporate Office provided her with the skills to offer clients exceptional service tailored to their unique needs. Jerica is always striving for personal and professional growth, ensuring she delivers the best possible experience for each individual.

Jerica is also dedicated to giving back to her community. She is actively involved with Foothills Church in Maryville and has a passion for serving the homeless community. Whether it’s volunteering at a shelter or providing essential items, Jerica believes in helping others without judgment. She also participated in the Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program, where she not only achieved a personal milestone but also contributed her time to local volunteer work at Habitat, Second Harvest Food Bank, and KARM.
Jerica resides in Alcoa with her two children, Makenna and Austin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, experimenting with new recipes, hiking, and going on weekend adventures with her dog, Ollie.
