Think about the last five times you went to a restaurant. Were they reservations for fine dining, a weeknight casual dinner, or a quick fast-food stop? Do you remember how satisfied you were with the service? How would you rate the level of service you received?

Your impression of service is shaped largely by the expectations you bring with you. If you booked a dinner reservation two months in advance, you’d expect the hostess to know your name and the occasion you’re celebrating. On the other hand, if you’re grabbing a bag of sausage biscuits for your office staff at a drive-thru, speed is what matters most. Expecting complimentary valet service at Cracker Barrel would leave you disappointed – but if your goal was to browse nostalgic sweet treats and snacks while waiting for your table, you’d likely leave satisfied.

Chick-fil-A is a great example of meeting and exceeding expectations. They’ve set the bar high, delivering consistent, fast, and courteous service while maintaining food quality. As their success has driven growth, they’ve adapted their systems to ensure they meet customer expectations at scale.

At LeConte Wealth, we understand how critical it is to match or exceed expectations. After 11 years in the same location, we moved into a larger office in downtown Maryville. Finding the right space took more than five years, but it was worth the wait. We needed room to accommodate our growing team of advisors and service professionals, a central location for our long-time clients, and a space that would make every visit memorable.When designing our new office, we focused on creating an environment that reflected the nature of our work and the values we hold. We minimized “corporate” elements and embraced the natural beauty of the nearby mountains – just as our firm’s name suggests. You’ll notice creative uses of wood throughout the space, which add warmth and bring a bit of the outdoors inside.

We also wanted our client meeting spaces to be purposeful. These are where we have important conversations about your life goals and family plans. The setting is comfortable and casual, designed to make clients feel at ease and never rushed. At the same time, we integrated modern technology to make it easy to visualize the complex tax and investment strategies we provide, giving you confidence in the direction we’re heading together.

This new space is the home of Purpose Built Planning, a unique advice platform we’ve spent years developing. Every element of our office was built with your experience in mind.
