30 year careers are built one relationship at a time through principles of integrity and character. Honesty, humility, hard work and a stewardship mentality are my core values. I work to instill these into every employee at LeConte. I think LeConte has assembled and trained the finest team in the wealth management business. We look forward to sitting down with you to hear your story, your financial dreams and offer our help.
After consulting with high net worth investment clients for more than thirty three years, Hoy Grimm developed a keen sense of what it takes for clients to achieve financial independence. More importantly, Hoy has seen first-hand the mistakes that previous generations have made and he helps LeConte clients avoid them. Through his public speaking engagements, newspaper articles and community presence, Hoy has built a reputation as a trusted voice of reason for substantial investors.
Hoy uses his vast industry experience to select and monitor global stock and bond opportunities for the firm’s clients. Hoy provides commentary on the fiscal, political and social events that are shaping the financial markets. This perspective along with the risk analysis efforts of Kevin Painter and tax expertise of Jon Dockery provide LeConte Wealth Management clients with the assurance that the entire firm is working to help them pursue their financial goals.
Hoy studied electrical engineering and mathematics at Tennessee Technological University. He began his financial career in the Bond Division of First Tennessee Bank in 1986. He joined PaineWebber as Vice President of Investments where he spent ten years building his business and his knowledge of the financial markets. Prior to forming LeConte Wealth Management, Hoy worked as a Private Financial Advisor for SunTrust Investment Services in East Tennessee, where he partnered with Mr. Painter to advise high net worth clients throughout the region.
Hoy is a member of East Maryvile Baptist Church where he is a Mens Ministry leader.
